Any Cities
I would like to tell you a little bit about how it has been the experience for me to meet backpackers from over the world.
I was born in a small valley in Spain. My family, my friends and my life are there but after course the degree of tourism in Valencia I decided to go abroad.
Actually, from my point of view, if you want to dedicate yourself to
tourism sector you need to know other cultures and habits and the best thing
you can do is to live for a while in another country, far away from your
people and everything you know, I promise you will never regret it!
Here in the city where I’m working as a receptionist in a hostel in the
center of the city is amazing. So I’m talking from the other side, the first
person you meet when you arrive to the hostel and trying to explain to you
the best places to go or see, where is party tonight or what time you can
join the best tour tomorrow.
Even if this is not my place, my village, where I can
tell you exactly the most nice river or castle or maybe just a big stone to
sit and rest, I really like the people I’m meeting here.
People from all over the places, Australian Argentina, Japan or the States, have a different history to tell you everyday, the same
expression as I have in my language to express what I’m feeling but in
theirs one, because they are discovering themselves as you.
