BASQUIAT’S GENIUS IN ROME.

At Palazzo Ruspoli in Rome, from 2nd of october , it will be the art exhibition of Jean-Michel Basquiat.

The artist , whose work was a precursor to the graffiti generation, made his triumphant debut in new york when he was just over 20 years old, thank’s the support of fellow pop artist Andy Warhol.

The exhibition entitled “Exorcising the Ghost”, brings together over forty of Basquiat’s works from Germany, Belgium, France and United States.

Opening hours from 10am to 7.30pm,

Friday and Sunday until 8.30pm.

Runs until February 1st 2009!!!
