Bordeaux wine festival is annual in France starting from the 28th of June until 1st of July. All the lovers of wine, food, celebration, and culture are more than welcome to enjoy the amazing atmosphere of the Bordeaux Wine Festival.The visitors can also take advantage of an outstanding program to discover the architectural beauty of Bordeaux its cultural assets and surrounding vineyards, also countless attractions of the Aquitaine.
The wine festival is organised by the town of Bordeaux, its a great oportunaty for wine lovers, good food and culture fans to enjoy a great festive moment. It will be a celebration of the senses on the largest square in Europe, right on the banks of the Garonne.
The riverbanks and the Esplanade des Quinconces will welcome more than 300 000 gastronomers and culture-vultures throughout this four-day event. Visitors will thus be able to sample vintage Bordeaux and other local wines, and also meet local producers, visit wine-producing chateaux and discover the Gironde area.
Everyone can learn a lot more about the art of wine growing at an educational exhibition called ‘Vintage Grapes’. The celebrations come to an end on the final Sunday with a spectacular riverside fireworks display that illuminates the night sky.
Vineyards will be allowing visitors into the grounds to see the growing methods and experts will be available to answer questions and guide people on the ways to identify a Bordeaux wine with all its flavor.
To the proper wine tasting every evening will be invited 40000 people , with over 400000 samples. Come and join in with this enthusiastic celebration of wine, it can be so much fun, that you won’t want to leave!
