The city of Rome and 120 other Comunes near Rome have created a enoteca, to promote local enogastromony in their headquarters, Palazzo Valentini. The will bring out to the public the local examples of Italy’s equivalent of beaujolais nouveax to get more attention to visitors. All the great event starts on the 6th November and ends only at 20th, so imagine 2 weeks with mad wine festival right in the center of great Roman capital.

You will have this amazing chance to taste a wine, which was grapes 6 weeks ago, it will be very amenable, light and young red wine. Like a snack with a wine you will have some other local products from the region, like mushrooms, honey and chestnuts.
