During the coming weekend a spectacular event takes place in Auckland, New Zealand. Art in the Dark is a creative exhibition showing incredible installations, short films and performances of young artists.Most of the works deal with electricity, light and people and the artists projects illuminate the dark using eco-friendly energy and materials. Over the two nights on 8 and 9 November you can not only admire it, but also be involved in the art, as a lot of works are interactive.
Since the exhibition take place at night on the fresh air don’t forget to wrap up warm and bring a torch. The performances are scheduled for both nights, so make sure to check the artist map and timetable at the entrance of Western Park. There is no admission fee, so you can have fun and explore it all for free.
