October, excellent month to visit Mexico
Mexico is an excellent destination in any season, but in October is the best, countless festivals and events to enjoy. As it’s the end of the rainy season, is the great time of the year to visit Mexico, temperatures are milder than the times of the year. Anyways it’s an excllent month to visit Mexico.One of the biggest cultural festivals of the year Internacional Cervantino is held in October. Guanajuato has been famous since 1972, in this arts festival there are around 2000 artists from more than 25 countries coming from all over the world to present dance, muscic, theater and all that includes word ART, all in the Teatro Principal, the Cervantes Theatre and other venues. Since 1972 the Festival Internacional Cervantino has become a major player on the festival circuit.
All the festival has a colonial pueblaesque feel, with a strong traditional ties and Guanjuato being and important cultural center in Mexico. It has its very own particular atmosphere and houses in all colors of the rainbow, making you feel as if you are in an elaborate movie set or some sort of Disney facade. Mountains are all around, surrounding the city, everywhere you look,
The Centro is built upon antique tunnels and adorned with traditional houses every color of the rainbow. Walking through the downtown is likely to make  Mountains surround you and everywhere you look there is an alley accompanied by crooked stairs leading to a web of balconies.
