Fall & Winter Collections
Hong Kong becomes centre stage from the 12th to the 15th of January with the bi-annual Hong Kong Fashion Week for the Fall and Winter collections.Held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and attracting over 15,000 visitors and buyers to the event, it is one of the biggest in the Asian region. Hundreds of exhibitors representing 12 countries come to showcase their collections including India, Taiwan and Macau however, it is the local talent that is really given priority throughout the event.
Whilst the tradeshow is strictly invitation only, the fashion designers hold their own catwalk shows for buyers and the public to see the new season collections and consider what they want to put on their retail shelves for the coming Winter and Fall and what you may want to find yourself wearing next season!
The buzz that the city attracts due to this week of fashionista excitement means you can experience the very best of what the city has to offer tourism. Make sure you have a peek at any of the designer catwalk shows if you’re going to be in the area!
