Hike Barbados is a free hiking program developed by the Barbados National Trust. These hikes show off the regions true beauty, traveling through cane fields, lush tropical forest and along breath taking beaches.

Led by knowledgeable local guides, tourist are able to experience Barbados in depth, from it’s stunning ecological features to it’s truly unique social structure.

Travelers are able to select from three cleverly named hikes; “Stop and Stare” (5-6 miles), “Here and There” (8-10 miles) and “Grin and Bear” which is a whopping 12-14 miles. All tours are at least three hours and it is suggested to bring provisions.

Although tours are free, donations are welcomed and all proceeds go to the Barbados National Trust which is a noble organisation dedicated to sustainability. For more information go to visitbarbados.org
