Perth is one of the most visited cities in the world, have no idea if it’s for its great weather, location, beauty, nature or all together making amazing atmosphere. The beautiful city Perth is a tourist’s delight, with its tranquil waters of the Swan River, there is a bit of everything in Perth, modern and vibrant, contrasting with its historic counterpart – the port city of Fremantle accessible within 20 minutes by car from Perth. Amazing restaurants and beautiful shops, fabulous range of city and suburant places, which will satisfy all types of visitors.

But there is something less chick going on in these days, actually starting from today, Friday, lasting two days, The Perth Show at South Inch is one of the highlights of the local agricultural year. Two days of fun feature livestock competitions, bring your friends and families with kids along, there will be all kind of animals, from Clydesdale horses to Shetland ponies, Aberdeen Angus cattle, goats and sheep, plus great stalls of food and all kind of country life entertainment, which nowadays are much more needed than before, for us adults to relax, and for kids to touch with a nature in the most beautiful way, through animals.

This event is not something made up last year, this year Perth Show will celebrate its 150th birthday, annually there were show, one better than the previous, so they have been grown, the Show will once again be held on the Lesser South. Perth Show has been running for well over 100 years, originally It begun as a one day show, and later on it developed into two days show, drawing in the region of 15 – 20,000 people over the two days. The first day Friday is the Light-Legged Horse day attracting exhibitors from all over Scotland and the north of England. Saturday is the main agricultural day attracting exhibitors and visitors from near and far.
