Located right by the beach and central to nightlife, Sunflower beach hostel is definitely the choice for sun, fun and a good getaway.from its chill out area indoors and out, to the fun and vibrancy of the evening events, it provides the perfect balance of relax and fun, the staff are friendly and approachable, the establishment is kept clean and the common use facilities are maintained to a high standard, the rooms are all decorated nicely kept clean and sanitary and the bathrooms are even a delight, fresh linen is available on request and beds are changed daily.
The hostel offers an array of things for you including, excursions and trips to san marino etc, information point, thier own bar (priced very well) and food, vender of theme park tickets, and they also provide their very own pub and disco crawl held 3 times a week. The nightlife is very well organised selling discounted and cheap tickets to almost every event in Rimini and Riccione, they organise big nights out and get everyone involved given you a real sense of community and helping you to meet fellow backpackers/holiday makers.
Facilities include free wifi which works throughout the hostel and in rooms, use of 2 computers ( they also do printouts for you at a very small cost), low priced local and international calls, lockers in the room and also security deposits near reception, pool, ping pong, foosball table, darts, you can rent bikes until 8pm, purchase bus tickets, bus and train schedules, towel hire and purchase, merchandise from the hostel, t.v room, dvd’s, games,large kitchen (fully equipped), fridges, bar, fast food restaurant, info point, nightlife and disco tickets, live music weekly and free pasta parties, cheap beach beds and umbrellas, free buffet breakfast, book exchange, washer/dryer service, use of iron, ironing board and hairdryers, free parking, and a luggage storage.
The bar is very reasonably priced and they also provide their own fast food service every evening in the hostel, the kitchen is open and available from 8am to 11pm which is helpful and handy for the early morning people and the late arrivals.
Reception is open 24hours which makes it perfect for anybody wanting to stay or check-in, the staff are warm friendly and welcoming and often encourage people to ‘hang out’ and ‘get to know’, they are informative and helpful, letting you know what rimini and surrounding areas has to offer.
