In terms of beauty, Prague can easily compare with Paris, with years it has become a hotspot of Europe, visitors from all around the world have felt in love with it, Prague mixes it all the present and past with the spectacle of stone bridge, built back in 14th Century.

If only you can appreciate, you will be sharing the world wide famous Charles Bridge with half of humanity…make pictures with a castle and lazy river the Vltava,. which by the way have inspired of of the most beautiful pieces of classical music, Smetana’s “Moldau”. That’s Prague’s charm, the old times mixing up, annually Prague celebrates the Carnival, which was held back in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

This year starting on the 20th of February, known as Bohemian Carnevale,that includes a wide program with balls, parades, and children’s activities. This festival incorporates both, traditional Czech traditions and the traditions that are well known and borrowed from the other part around the world. This Carnival celebrated human joy and gregariousness,in grey winter time, people get out colorfully dressed in old Town, playing loudly drums and other instruments, having fun and getting back in time machine in medieval times…

It’s not about one celebration day, it’s whole 2 weeks, splendid days spent in marvelous city Prague, with glamour and mystique, fancy dress balls, there will be entertainment for both, those ones who prefer fancy events, balls and concerts, also those who want something more easy, can take a part in the parade in the Old Town Square.

Prague is famous also for beer and great food that comes with it, people from all over the country can’t wait to get rid of their stock of food and drinks, music bands all over the beautiful old town of Prague, masks and happy people, music programme, children and adults, locals and foreigners, everyone together having great time, in one of the best destinations in Europe.
