The goddess of sun, Japan, a place that’s world apart, very different that we are used to, pure, laid back and incredibly welcoming. Japan used to be just far Asia, with strange people for Europeans, now , same as Sushi obsession, this country is New Cool, like a delicates for the rest of the world. Only lately the values settled here, are appreciated, it’s a place with a very unique civilisation that blossom and a land that perfectly leads modern and old good traditional.

The food, I guess that’s the reason people started to discover this beautiful land, to taste better sushi , made by real creators, the secret of Japanese is the details, they pay attention to every detail, doing everything carefully and perfectly. It’s half the reason why one should come to Japan, really, anywhere you eat, whether it’s center of Tokyo or station’s local noodle restaurant, it will be excellent, they are genius for presentation , adding the finest ingredients, and making the dining scene amazing.

The other reason Japan is worth visiting, are the Japanese, incredibly warm and honest people, that are raised to not disturb, being extremely polite and almost too much reserved. They will welcome you and take care of you as you were a king, they will give their best attention and help you in everything. They are simple, their spirit is strong and they are hard workers, real pleasure to make Japanese friends once you are in their country. Once you see them working, you get it immediately, it’s an art.

Tokyo is the capital and the largest city of the country, with approximately 36 million people living in it, the citizens of the capital are obsessed with everything that’s new, they are few steps ahead in technology and fashion. Mega malls, edgy designer boutiques and ancient building techniques, proud with its tallest tower Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo is like a huge starship, accepting and discovering everything that’s new for the rest of the world.

If you ask, what’s a perfect metropolis, Tokyo is the answer, seriously, the city is extremely safe, clean, the parks are gorgeous, the dining scene is the best in the world, for coffee lovers, you see and visit more coffee shops than you have in a lifetime, the public transportation is perfectly organized and luxury really, can you imagine a better capital city to live in?
