Amsterdam a good climate city

Easy to visit throughout the year
The Netherlands being the most densely populated country of the world has very interesting cities, beautifully preserved nature, and varied landscape, always fresh through the wind from the sea.
This is the country, where light astonishes the visitor. No wonder, that the Dutch gave human civilization several important painters.
It’s the capital and largest city of the Netherlands.

The city of Amsterdam is located in the province of North Holland in the west of the country. It comprises the northern part of the Randstad, the sixth-largest metropolitan area population of approximately 8.1 million.

Talking about the Netherlands, people often incorrectly call it Holland. In fact, only the central part of the Netherlands is geographically named Holland.
This part of the country consists now of two provinces Noord Holland (North Holland) and Zuid-Holland (South Holland). This is the region with important cities as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague (Den Haag), Delft, Leiden and Haarlem.

Amsterdam uses an XXX flag to represent the city and you’ll see this symbol all over town. It dates back to 1505 when Amsterdam was a fishing village and the X stands for St. Andrew, who was a fisherman and was crucified on a diagonal cross. The XXX symbol can also be taken to deal with the city’s famous sex industries.

Amsterdam has a temperate climate with mild winters, cool summers and precipitation throughout the year. A good climate for the city makes it easy to visit throughout the year.

In the city you can discover something new each time, did you know that aside from 6 windmills there are 600,000 bicycles? In one of the 51 museums is very much to see and enjoy.
