At the beginning of autumn, a six week fashion dash will send buyers to cities all around the world, in hopes of catching up on all of the new trends for the following spring and summer. Paris’ Fashion Week is based at the Carrousel du Lourve and is one of the biggest fashion events to take place each year.Many of the usual fashion designers and top names will be there, including Jean-Paul Gaultier, Karl Lagerfeld, Vivienne Wetwood and Alexander McQueen. The show in Paris is the last stop after New York, London and Milan. Admittance to the shows are reserved strictly for fashion professionals only, and hourly catwalk shows take place from between 10 am to 7 pm.
