Would you like to feel what it is to be in the sky? London Eye is a huge modern version of Vienna’s Prater ferris wheel which dominates the river skyline opposite Parliament. The wheel carries 32 sealed and air -conditioned egg-shaped[4] passenger capsules, attached to its external circumference, each capsule representing one of the London Boroughs. Tower Bridge is the most famous bridge in London, a real achievement of Victorian engineering, and looks great, especially at night when it’s well illuminated. Tower Bridge is sometimes mistakenly referred to as London Bridge, which is actually the next bridge upstream. Taking photographs of the Tower bridge is a favorite London tourist activity, but you can also go inside the bridge, where you’ll have a magnificent view over London from the walkway between the two bridge towers. The south tower contains The Tower Bridge Museum where among other things, the original Victorian steam-driven machinery which was used to raise and lower the bridge, can be found.


London is a cosmopolitan mix of worlds, chauffeurs and market stall holders, the stubbornly traditional and the proudly avant-garde.
