The Summer season has officially started in most of the countries, so all the ladies young or older, are on a diet, all kind of diets, ducan , self starving, not eating this and that, making also their husbands and other half’s join them even if they are not so keen to do that, even if they are okay with the way they are , a little fat, is just a symbol of healthy life. But it doesn’t seem to be enough for women, we want to shin with brand new shape ,also with our beloved ones bodies.But Americans are not so worried, right middle in the Summer, they celebrate Hot Dog Festival!!! As we all know New York is famous for many things , but one of them is to be a hot fog capital, NY holds its breath and its stomach each Fourth of July for this historic hot dog eating competition. This event has been held since 1916, at Nathan’s. It’s getting even better, the 1st of July starts the national Hot Dog Month, so all the best hot dog makers will be there. Take your kids and family with you, they will have so much fun there, so make it a family event, you won’t regret.
The top male and top female finishers from each qualifier will earn a trip to compete in the ESPN televised finals at the original Nathan’s Famous in Coney Island on July Fourth. The festival happends in all the popular American cities, music festivals in city centres and Major League, ballparks, including Las Vegas, NV, Boston, MA, Naples, FL, St. Paul, MN, Atlantic City, NJ, Cleveland, OH, Tempe, AZ, Queens, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, Garden City, MI, Thackerville, OK and Charlotte, NC.
Last year the winner was Joey Chestnut of San Jose, CA holds the world record for eating 68 Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs and Buns in 10 minutes. You can participate, making new record 🙂 or simply have a lot of fun and taste some of the best world’s Hot Dogs. See you at the Hot Dog Competition.
