Just imagine, fresh cheese, just prepared for the winter, not yet too strong, but soft and tender melting in your mouth…plus delicious glass of wine, makes you feel like in heaven. As this country has produced more cheese than any other, there are obviously countless competitions during the year, but this one is first after summer time, and the farmers and also locals have many types of cheese to show off.
