The first festival to celebrate is Gwangyang Maehwa (Apricot Blossom) Festival will be held between the 13th and 21st of March, 2010 in a small Maehwa Village. However, you can enjoy the blossoming cherries even in the biggest cities.


Then comes the time for Gurye Sansuyu (Cornus Fruit) Festival. The festival is schedules to take place between 18th and 21st of March, 2010. If you want to experience the traditional festival in a small traditional village, feel free to visit Jirisan Mountain Hot Springs District. You will be amazed by the beauty of nature and the yellow patterns of flowers that it can create. The little houses are looking like small icebergs in the yellow sea.

Would you like to experience the nature in a big city? Between the 7th and 11th of April, 2010 stay in Seoul. Yeouido Spring Flowers Festival will be held in Area behind Yeouido National Assembly Building and the surrounding areas of Yunjungno & Yeouido. The street behind the National Assembly Building – Yunjung-ro street is lined with 1400 cherry blossom trees and is the most famous cherry blossom street in Seoul.
