Prague FEBIOFEST film festival

Most of the film fans have already heard and visited the International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary, in the Czech Republic.

But here as invitation for Febiofest – which is definetely worth visiting.

Febiofest was founded in 1993, as an basically no-budget event for a couple of friends and film buffs. But has since grown into the largest non-competitive film festival in the Czech Republic and still remains modest and audience-friendly festival.

The festival is mostly oriented to full lenghth films, bringing the best
from last year, retrospectives and tributes. It also discovers new territorries
and unknown filmmakers, and also special sections.

Not only because the huge range of films that you can see within the festival but also its Music Part, showing world music, jazz, blues, and alternative concerts in the multiplex cinema garages.


The festival brings each year more and more people to gather together and enjoy the atmospere of great films in Prague.

And not only great films but Prague itself.
