Have a nice experience in Tuscany, Bassetto Guesthouse
Hello everyone,
We are Bassetto Guesthouse located in the heart of Tuscany in Italy, right now we are looking for volunteers to join us starting from April in this beautiful place and cozy team family. The minimum stay is 1 month.
We have availability from April till October.
We are looking for someone who can help us at,
-Cleaning: mostly housekeeping, so basically the job consists of cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the pool once a day, the garden just collecting empty bottles, cleaning the tables, ashtrays, and ping-pong table, and trying to make everything look organized and clean. Rooms at check-out time, toilets, take the garbage out, and as we have two pretty dogs just give them food in the morning and a short walk. You’ll do all those tasks always with someone else, never alone.
-Driving: we host events every single day like wine tasting tour, beach day trip, river waterfalls, san Gimignano tour, Aperitivo Garden, Dinner at bassetto Garden, sunset secret picnic, and transfer to the station twice per day and it takes just 5min by car from the Guesthouse to the station. (you might need to help with cleaning but not much as the housekeeping)
-Reception: Only in this case do we need a person for a long term, a minimum of two months as there are a few things to explain and it can take a few days to get into it. Also, it’s more efficient to have a person who can stay with us for the long term than explaining every month the same process to a different person. (you might need to help with cleaning but not much as the housekeeping)

The schedule for work is around 4hrs in the morning starting at 9 am till 13h and if you finish earlier is not a problem you’re totally free. Sometimes when we have dinner in the garden, Aperitivo, ping pong tournament, Sunset picnic secret spot, or another event that it’s gonna be hosting in Bassetto we might need your help for around 1h in the evening – night but you will get pay for it.

We offer 150€ per month + bonus activities that we have every single day, so basically, we host events
like wine-tasting tours, beach day trips, river waterfalls, san Gimignano tour, Aperitivo Garden, Dinner at Bassetto Garden, sunset picnic secret spot, Cocktail night, Movie night, etc. And yes, you can participate in all of them for free.
Bassetto Guesthouse
You will be sleeping in the staff room as we have an apartment only for staff with a large and well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, living room, and 3 dorms where you’ll have to share the room with other volunteers. the apartment is just next to Bassetto in the same building.
